Guangzhou has formed a wealth of experience in the practice of exploring the “development path of social organizations with Chinese characteristics”，which provides an important reference sample for the development of social organizations in the new era. Guangzhou implements the Party leading，improves the legal system safeguard and the organization mechanism，sets up the demand guidance，focuses on culture and other measures to promote the development of social organizations. And social organizations play an important role in the construction of the people’s livelihood，the business environment construction，the social governance，poverty alleviation works，the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong construction. To further promote the healthy and orderly development of social organizations in Guangzhou，this study puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects. First，we will strengthen comprehensive law enforcement and management. Second，establish and improve the professional personnel training system for social organizations，and strengthen the Party’s political leadership over the professional personnel team for social organizations. Third，we should enhance the autonomous capacity of social organizations and improve the quality of their development.
