    2020年福建综合能源系统助力实现“双碳”目标报告

    摘要

    能源行业是最大的碳排放源,也是碳减排工作的重点领域。在碳达峰、碳中和目标约束下,能源行业需要加快实现“清洁化、综合化、智能化、去中心化”转型。而作为能源系统的重要组成部分,电力系统也将面临高比例可再生能源并网、终端电气化水平提升、高度电力电子化和大规模分布式能源就地接入的挑战。为了适应能源电力行业的新形势和新要求,综合能源系统的概念应运而生。综合能源系统,是指区域内冷热电气等多种能源产供销一体、促进能源可持续发展的新型集成化能源系统。构建综合能源系统,有助于打通多种能源子系统间的技术壁垒、体制壁垒和市场壁垒,实现多能互补、协同优化,将有效助力能源行业清洁低碳发展,进而支撑碳达峰、碳中和目标实现。未来,应从核心技术发展、服务模式创新、生态圈建设、关键学科建设、示范应用推广等方面,加快发展综合能源系统,为能源电力系统清洁低碳转型提供新的解决方案。

    Abstract

    The energy industry is the largest source of carbon emissions and therefore,a key area of carbon emission reduction. Under the constraints of carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals,it’s urgent for the energy industry to accelerate the transformation towards “clean,integrated,intelligent,and decentralized”. As an important part of the energy system,the electric power system will also face a series of challenges,such as the penetration of a high proportion of renewable energy,the increasing level of terminal electrification,high electronization and the localization of a large-scale distributed energy. The concept of the integrated energy system came into being to adapt to the new situation and requirements of energy and power industry. Integrated energy system refers to the energy system that integrates the production,supply and marketing of various kinds of energy,such as cold,thermal and electric energy,to promote the sustainable development of energy. The development of the integrated energy system will help break the barriers of technology,institution and market among various energy subsystems and realize multi-energy complementation and collaborative optimization,which will effectively promote the clean and low-carbon development of the energy industry,thereby contributing to achieving the goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality. In the future,the development of the integrated energy system should be accelerated in terms of core technology development,service patterns innovation,ecosystem construction,key disciplines construction,and pilot application promotion,so as to provide new solutions for the clean and low-carbon transformation of the power system.
