本文根据全面建设小康社会统计监测指标体系，对实现2020年我国全面建设小康社会目标的进程进行了监测。结果表明，2008年，我国全面建设小康社会的总体进程又向前迈进一步，由2007年实现目标的72。7%上升至实现目标的74。6%，提高了1。92个百分点。但是，从监测指标体系的六大方面来看，经济、社会、环境等方面的发展并不均衡；从23项监测指标的实现程度看，难易程度存在较大差异；从全国四大区域来看，全面建设小康社会进程均有上升，但区域间的差距依然较大。
<<According to the statistical monitoring index system of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects，this paper monitored the ongoing process of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects in 2020. The data shows that，the general well-off progress has moved on in 2008. The well-off rate rose to 74.6% from 72.7% of 2007. However，the statistical monitoring index system also shows that，the development between economy，society and environment is imbalanced. As for the four regions in China，the progress continues，yet the gap between the different regions still remains.
