过去十年,我国高净值人群数量及其资产规模急剧攀升,国内财富管理市场快速发展,高净值人群“财富传承”需求日益凸显,这为家族办公室业务的发展提供了巨大的发展空间。目前,国内的家族办公室达到2000~3000家,俨然成为国内家族财富传承最重要的平台。我国独立家族办公室发展仍处于初期阶段,存在法律法规尚未完善、国内客户尚难接受支付咨询费或服务费的模式、复合型金融理财专业人才匮乏等制约因素。为抓住中国独立家族办公室发展的历史机遇,政府应借鉴美国独立财富管理业务等先进国际经验,出台针对家族办公室的法律法规,规范鼓励独立家族办公室的发展;独立家族办公室应主动携手综合金融机构探索产品服务的协作双赢模式,构建开放的财富管理生态系统;同时,加强数字化建设,重视科技赋能中国独立家族办公室更是势在必行。
<<In the past 10 years,the amount of HNWIs in China as well as their property scale soared rapidly,bringing obviously increasing demand in wealth inheritance of HNWIs and stimulating the development of China’s wealth management market,giving promising prospect to the development of family offices as well. Up to now,there are 2000-3000 family offices in China approximately,they are growing to be the most important platform for domestic familial wealth inheritance. Development of China’s independent family offices is still at initial phase,prohibited by incomplete laws and regulations,clients’ unacceptance of paying consulting or service fees,lack of well-rounded financing talents,etc. To seize the opportunity of the development of independent family offices in China,the government should take references from advanced international cases such as independent wealth management businesses in the United States,introduce laws and regulations specifically for family offices,standardize and encourage the development of independent family offices. Independent family offices should adopt a proactive approach in seeking cooperation of integrative financial institutions in exploring win-win cooperation mode of services. At the same time,enhancing digital construction and focusing on technological empowerment are imperative for China’s independent family offices.
