This article analyzes the property composition of the rich and the powerful in China and introduces the conditions of ownership structure of the family trusts of IPO companies overseas，followed by its advantages. There is also a study on the attitude of regulatory departments of mainland China on the matter of introducing equity into family trusts by pro-listed companies，corresponding suggestions are given，so as to boost the development of family trust industry in China.
