    2020年皮书媒体影响力评价分析报告

    摘要

    皮书作为一个重要的智库平台,由智库产品的研创、出版、成果交流、对外推广、发布、评价一系列环节构成。媒体推广作为扩大智库成果影响力的有效传播渠道,是智库成果走向公众的重要窗口,在智库成果交流、对外推广、发布、评价中发挥着重要作用。在历经了二十余年的发展之后,社会科学文献出版社已建立了独立、完善、专业的皮书媒体推广机制和皮书媒体评价指标体系,这一机制和体系不断发展和完善,成为皮书对外交流、推广、发布的重要手段,在扩大智库成果影响力方面发挥了重要功能。通过分析2016~2020年媒体影响力评价结果可以得出,近年来皮书媒体影响力不断增强,但仍存在公共媒体潜力尚未完全挖掘,自媒体运营能力较弱、皮书推广方式单一,皮书整体运营协调能力尚不强等问题。针对这些问题,本报告从深度挖掘公共媒体潜力、构建多样化的皮书成果推广方式、加强整个皮书运营流程的协调互动、进一步加强皮书媒体影响力评价体系建设和实行差异化管理五个方面提出有针对性的建议,以期为提高皮书的媒体传播效果、扩大智库成果影响力提供借鉴。

    Abstract

    As an important think tank platform,Pishu consists of a series of links in think tank product research and creation,publication,exchange of results,external promotion,release,and evaluation. As an effective communication channel to expand the influence of think tank results,media promotion is an important window for think tank results to the public,and plays an important role in the exchange,external promotion,release,and evaluation of think tank results. After more than 20 years of development,the Social Science Academic Press House has established an independent,complete and professional paper media promotion mechanism and a paper media influence monitoring system. This mechanism and system have been continuously developed and improved. It has become an important channel for external communication,promotion and release of Pishu,and has played an important role in expanding the influence of think tank results. By analyzing the evaluation results of media influence from 2016 to 2020,it can be concluded that the media influence of the paper has continued to increase in recent years,but there are still public media potentials that have not yet been fully tapped,self-media operations are weak,and Pishu has a single promotion method and results promotion resources have not yet formed issues such as synergy. In response to these problems,this article explores the potential of public media in depth,builds a variety of ways to promote the results of Pishu,strengthens the coordination and interaction of the entire paper operation process,further improves the construction of Pishu media influence evaluation system and implements differentiated management in four aspects. Put forward targeted suggestions,hoping to provide reference for improving the media influence of Pishu and expanding the influence of think tanks.
