In 2009，the international financial crisis led to production shrinkage and bankrupt boom of some domestic enterprises. Emergency response adopted by many corporations，including wage and salary arrears，layoffs，more leave without pay，less recruitments，etc，raise the tension in the labor relations. This paper summarizes the current situations of working class，focusing on the analysis of the impacts of international financial crisis onto domestic labor relations. Current policies of labor relations especially those of labor rights are reviewed as well.
