2009年中国职工状况的主要特点,是国际金融危机导致生产萎缩,部分企业停产倒闭,企业采取减薪、欠薪、裁员、增加员工休假、控制招聘规模等应急策略,使部分企业劳资关系趋于紧张。本文概述了当前劳工阶层的现状,重点分析了国际金融危机对我国劳动关系的影响以及特点,并对当前劳动关系政策特别是劳工权益保障政策进行了评述。
<<In 2009,the international financial crisis led to production shrinkage and bankrupt boom of some domestic enterprises. Emergency response adopted by many corporations,including wage and salary arrears,layoffs,more leave without pay,less recruitments,etc,raise the tension in the labor relations. This paper summarizes the current situations of working class,focusing on the analysis of the impacts of international financial crisis onto domestic labor relations. Current policies of labor relations especially those of labor rights are reviewed as well.
