<<Digital technology enabled the traditional animation industry to enter the pan-animation era and has become a part of the digital creative industry. The development of technology and the new business models promoted the globalization of animation;however,it is still difficult to break the pattern and the rules of the international animation mainstream market. Under the influence of unilateralism of the US in recent years,the trends of anti-globalization such as trade protectionism have been strengthened gradually and the pandemic of COVID-19 has brought more new challenges. The obstacles created by the pandemic and the promoted ideological conflicts have made international trade especially difficult in the cultural industry. Chinese animation has taken a successful step in its entry into the highly competitive international market despite the challenges. This article analyzes the status of animation in the global markets and business rules,and study the successful pathways of Chinese animation companies that perform globally.
