2020年对于首都来说是至关重要的一年,其中文化旅游服务贸易的发展道路尤为曲折。一方面,突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情导致首都文化旅游服务贸易创收能力锐减,企业面临严重生存危机;另一方面,随着“十四五”规划的提出和“两区建设”的推进,首都文化旅游服务贸易未来的发展方向进一步明确,“四个中心”建设也在深入实践中推动文化旅游产业改革进一步深化,文旅融合特征更加明显。2021年,国际形势变化远超以往,入境旅游消费者人数大幅减少,国内其他地区旅游市场成为首都文化旅游服务贸易的重要指向,同时各类扶持和促进政策也纷纷落实,对文旅产业的支持力度大幅增强。当前首都文化旅游服务贸易还存在与科技融合水平需要持续加强、文化特色不够突出、区域协同效果有待提高、国际影响力较弱、文化旅游风险防范体系有待加强等问题。对此,首都文化旅游产业应进一步加快创新融合和转型速度、深入挖掘地区旅游特色、加强多地区战略合作、进一步打造知名国际品牌和完善风险防范体系。
<<2020 is a crucial year for the capital,in which the development of cultural tourism service trade is particularly tortuous. On the one hand,the outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic at the beginning of the year led to a sharp decline in the revenue-generating capacity of cultural tourism service trade in the capital,and enterprises faced a serious survival crisis;On the other hand,with the proposal of the “14th Five-Year Plan” and the promotion of the “Two Districts Construction”,the future development direction of the cultural tourism service trade in the capital is further clarified,and the construction of the “Four Centers” is also in-depth practice,which promotes the further deepening of the reform of the cultural tourism industry,and the characteristics of cultural tourism integration are more obvious. In 2021,the international situation changed far beyond the past,and the number of inbound tourism consumers decreased greatly. The tourism market in other parts of China became the mainstay of cultural tourism service trade in the capital. At the same time,various support and promotion policies were also implemented,and the protection of cultural tourism industry was greatly enhanced. At present,there are still some problems in the trade of cultural tourism services in the capital,such as the lack of scientific and technological integration,the lack of prominent cultural characteristics,the need to improve the regional synergy effect,the weak international influence and the need to strengthen the cultural tourism risk prevention system. Therefore,the cultural tourism industry in the capital should further accelerate the pace of innovation,integration and transformation,dig deep into regional tourism characteristics,strengthen multi-regional strategic cooperation,further build well-known international brands and improve the risk prevention system.
