国际金融危机对我国就业的冲击之大，前所未有。导致企业现有就业岗位大约减少8%，城镇失业率上升，这是最近6年来未出现过的情况。在国际金融危机对我国就业的冲击中，受到影响较大的群体是农民工和大学毕业生。中央政府实施了更加积极的就业政策，就业形势已经开始好转，2009年能够实现新增就业900万个，把城镇登记失业率控制在4。5%左右。
<<The impact of the international financial crisis on Chinese employment situation has been unprecedented. Existing jobs decreased by 8% and unemployment rate rose，which had not been seen for the last six years. Migrant workers and college graduates are most vulnerable groups affected by the crisis. With the proactive employment policy of the central government，the employment situation is improving. Approximately 9 millions of new jobs have been created in 2009 and registered unemployment rate controlled to about 4.5%.
