As an important part of China’s cultural industry，animation industry plays an important role in the development of China’s foreign cultural trade. At present，the development of China’s animation industry and trade has entered a stage of rapid development，the scale of the industry continues to expand，the import growth rate has decreased and the national support policy has been made one after another. But at the same time，there are also some problems，such as the lack of excellent IP works，the low brand influence and value，the abnormal ecology of TV animation production and broadcasting，the lack of talents，and the imperfect development of the industrial chain. In order to promote the high-quality development of China’s animation industry，this paper puts forward relevant suggestions on policy implementation，IP derivation and authorization，relying on the development of network platform and the combination with national culture.
