    2021年中国广播影视对外贸易发展报告

    摘要

    2020年,我国广播影视对外贸易将“技术”和“内容”作为发展的两大目标,加强“一带一路”国家间合作,推动中国广播影视“走出去”,加强广播电视媒体深度融合,打造国际传播制高点。2020年,我国新闻主体多元化发展,从不同角度建设中国新形象;电视产业积极搭建国际交流平台,推动中国文化在全球传播;电影产业受新冠肺炎疫情冲击较大,政府通过税收政策、专项扶持等项目扶持电影产业,取得不俗成绩;纪录片方面,中外联合创作取得新成就,抗疫纪录片成为中国广播影视对外贸易的主要渠道。总的来看,2020年我国以“视听中国”播映工程为主推动中国广播影视“走出去”,东盟国家成为我国“一带一路”经济区进行广播影视对外贸易的主要对象;信息传播技术升级成为广播影视对外贸易发展的主要动力。未来,在“十四五”规划指导下,广播影视对外贸易应立足中国视野,做好地缘广播影视文化传播;配合中国对外基建工作,推动广播影视产品本土化贸易;深入推动影视产业链“互联网+”模式进一步发展。

    Abstract

    In 2020,China’s radio,film and television foreign trade will take “technology” and “content” as its two major development aspects. China will strengthen cooperation among countries in The Belt and Road,and boost globalization of radio,film and television industry. In addition,China will improve the integration of radio and television media,and help it to do a better galobal communication. In 2020,China’s news subjects will have diverse development,and build a new image of China from different perspectives. The TV industry actively builds an international platform to promote the spread of Chinese culture around the world. The film industry is greatly impacted by the epidemic,and the government has adopted tax policies,special support to promote the film industry and achieved good results. In documentaries,Chinese and foreign joint creations made new achievements. The anti-epidemic documentaries became China’s main products for foreign trade. In general,in 2020,China’s external communication will focus on the “Audio-visual China” broadcasting project to promote China’s radio,film and television to go global. ASEAN countries have become the main targets of our radio,film and television foreign trade in China’s the Belt and Road economic zone;and information dissemination technical upgrade has became the main driving force for the development of foreign trade. In the future,under the guidance of the 14th Five-Year Plan,the foreign trade of radio,film and television should be based on China’s perspective and do a good job in the geo-communication. Otherwise,the foreign trade should cooperate with China’s foreign infrastructure work to promote the trade of radio,film and television products and further promote the development of “the Internet plus” mode in the film and TV industry.
