文化贸易作为中国对外贸易中的一项重要内容,对中国经济发展、社会进步以及产业结构的调整都有着重要的作用。在疫情防控常态化背景下,面对日益严峻的国际环境和世界经济形势,2020年中国对外文化贸易仍取得了较大成就。随着政策支持力度的持续加大,中国对外文化贸易在疫情冲击下基本保持平稳态势,对外文化贸易进出口方式呈现差异化发展趋势,并且国家文化出口重点企业和重点项目数量也在稳步增长。但与此同时,中国对外文化贸易在文化贸易相关法律制度完善上、文化品牌建设上以及科技创新与文化贸易融合上仍存在一定的问题。为此,本报告从健全法律体系、打造文化品牌、推动文化科技融合以及优化金融资本等方面提出相应的对策建议。
<<As an important part of China’s foreign trade,cultural trade plays an important role in China’s economic development,social progress and industrial structure adjustment. In the context of the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,in the face of increasingly severe international environment and world economic situation,China still made great achievements in foreign cultural trade in 2020. With the continuous increase in policy support,China’s foreign cultural trade has basically remained stable under the impact of the epidemic,foreign cultural trade import and export methods have shown a differentiated development trend,and the number of national cultural export key enterprises and key projects is also steadily increasing. But at the same time,China’s foreign cultural trade still has certain problems in the improvement of cultural trade-related legal systems,the construction of cultural brands,and the integration of technological innovation and cultural trade. To this end,this article proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from improving the legal system,building cultural brands,promoting cultural and technological integration,and optimizing financial capital.
