Digital government is a government model which adopts informa-tion technology in regulatory procedure，and conforms to the modern regulatory conception in digital age. It is involving various dimensions such as organizational forms，internal and external relations，regulatory tools，regulatory methods and administrative procedures. Local initiatives have been introduced in recent years to make meaningful exploration for the development of digital government and a few local statues have been enacted in specific areas. Combined with local experiences，the current key areas of digital government construction are reflected in several aspects such as organization construction，platform construction，data sharing and opening，and the reform of administrative procedure，etc..
