The children welfare administration is the basic way to realize inclusive children welfare. China’s children welfare administration has made great achievements：children’s health and physical developmental have been significantly improved；all education have achieved significant accomplishments；the number of children welfare and relief agencies has increased steadily，and orphans’ life quality has continued to improve；children’s living and social environments have improved day by day，and cultural products and venues have become more abundant；laws and regulations for children’s rights protection have been further perfected. Meanwhile，China’s children welfare administration also has some problems：the problem of left-behind children in rural areas needs to be solved urgently；there are still weak links in the problem of children’s education；the level of children welfare varies greatly between urban and rural areas and between regions. China’s children welfare administration should focus on precise identification，precise assistance，and precise management of the objects in the future；children welfare legislation should be improved，and the basic law of children welfare should be formulated.
