国民形象是国家形象的重要组成部分。通过分析华中科技大学国家传播战略研究院“寰球民意指数(2020)”调研数据和权威机构发布的各类数据,本文发现全球受访者普遍认为中国人呈现勤劳敬业、积极进取、勇于创业和开拓创新的形象。华侨华人对中国国民形象的塑造发挥着积极的作用。本文结合案例来探讨中国精英群体的形象、中国网红群体的形象和中国游客的形象。全球受访者对中国游客持热衷购物、购买力强、刺激当地经济发展的认知。在上述分析的基础上,本文对提升中国国民形象提出以下建议:提升国民形象“自塑”的能力,充分发挥华侨华人的积极作用;拓宽国际传播的渠道,在多元媒介上讲好中国人的故事。
<<Chinese image is an important part of China’s national image. Based on Global Opinion Index (2020) survey data,this paper found that overseas people generally believe that Chinese people are hardworking and dedicated,positive and progressive,dare to start a business and creative. Among them,overseas Chinese played an active role in shaping the image of Chinese. Overseas people agreed that Chinese tourists are keen to shop and have a strong purchasing power,which can stimulate local economic development. In addition,this article also discusses the image of Chinese elite groups,the image of Chinese Internet celebrity,and the negative image of Chinese in combination with cases,and makes the following suggestions to enhance the image of Chinese nationals:improve the ability of Chinese self-shaping and give full play to the positive role of overseas Chinese;intensify the punishment of tourists for uncivilized behavior,strengthen the rectification of negative behavior;broaden the channels of international communication,and tell the stories of the Chinese on all fronts.
