基于饮食浪费与节俭现象的共存、节日饮食与日常饮食的区别、传统饮食与现代饮食的矛盾,以各地饮食习俗及节俭惯习样本调查、历史数据、现实数据为研究材料,分析中国文化传统中饮食节俭惯习与健康观,具有重要的经济价值、政治价值、文化价值取向。本文从中国文化传统与饮食营养理论两个方面,对饮食节俭惯习与健康观进行理论溯源,比照反餐饮浪费的国际行动,在现实语境下,分析当今饮食节俭与健康观的传承、转变;展望未来,国家治理餐饮浪费要实现有法可依,进行防止餐饮浪费的制度设计。
<<Based on the coexistence of food waste and thrift,the difference between festival diet and daily diet,the contradiction between traditional diet and modern diet,with the sample survey,historical data and realistic data of local eating habits and frugal habits as the research materials,it is of great economic value,political value and cultural value orientation to analyze the habit of frugality and the outlook on health in Chinese cultural tradition. From two aspects of Chinese cultural tradition and dietary nutrition theory,this paper traces the theoretical origin of the habit of frugality in diet and the outlook on health. Compared with the international action against food waste,this paper analyzes the inheritance and transformation of the concept of frugality on food and the outlook on health in the realistic context. Looking into the future,there should be laws to abide by in the governance of food waste,the traditional Chinese habit of frugality on food should be inherited steadily,and the institutional system should be made to prevent food waste.
