The sudden outbreak of COVID-19 has hit the catering industry hard. In the post-COVID-19 era when epidemic containment becomes normalized，the catering enterprises in Shaanxi must take preventive measures by attaching great importance to sustainable development. On the basis of in-depth interviews with catering operators，this paper sorts out three driving forces for the sustainable development of catering enterprises in Shaanxi. On the basis of defining the connotation of the three driving forces，it finds out the prominent problems existing in the development of Shaanxi catering industry，and makes clear the development pathway of the three driving forces for the sustainable development of Shaanxi catering enterprises.
