突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情使得餐饮产业遭受了重创。在疫情防控常态化的后疫情时代,陕西餐饮企业如何防患于未然,就必须高度重视可持续发展。本文在对餐饮经营者进行深度访谈的基础上,筛选出了陕西餐饮企业可持续发展的三驱动力元素。在界定三驱动力元素内涵的基础上,明确陕西餐饮企业可持续发展的三驱动力发展路径,找出陕西餐饮产业发展中存在的突出问题。
<<The sudden outbreak of COVID-19 has hit the catering industry hard. In the post-COVID-19 era when epidemic containment becomes normalized,the catering enterprises in Shaanxi must take preventive measures by attaching great importance to sustainable development. On the basis of in-depth interviews with catering operators,this paper sorts out three driving forces for the sustainable development of catering enterprises in Shaanxi. On the basis of defining the connotation of the three driving forces,it finds out the prominent problems existing in the development of Shaanxi catering industry,and makes clear the development pathway of the three driving forces for the sustainable development of Shaanxi catering enterprises.
