    2020年广东餐饮产业发展报告

    摘要

    受疫情影响,2020年广东餐饮业营收首次出现负增长,全年营收总额为4124。76亿元,同比下降182。47亿元,降幅仅为4。2%。在业存续企业较上年减少近7万家,降幅达7%。广东占全国餐饮份额再次回归至10%以上,达10。4%。广东餐饮占全省社零份额比重继续攀升至10。3%。即使在疫情肆虐之下,作为体验消费属性的餐饮业,依然扮演着线下商业消费的动力引擎,吸引了广大消费者到店消费,带动激活了更多关联消费,发挥了恢复消费信心、繁荣市场活跃度的重要作用。“粤菜师傅”工程高质量发展规划正式实施,从人才、产业、标准和文化等四大体系确立了49项具体措施。广东餐饮业在制止餐饮浪费和推进文明餐厅建设方面开展了大量卓有成效的工作,广东餐饮业社会组织在疫情防控期间积极维护行业权益,积极开展行业自扶自救,凝聚起行业力量,共克时艰,共渡难关。广东餐饮的美食内涵与产业外延已在疫情之后重新定义,广东餐饮的魅力、活力与业格在世人面前大放异彩!

    Abstract

    Due to the impact of COVID-19,the revenue of the catering industry in Guangdong saw negative growth for the first time in 2020. The total annual revenue was 412.476 billion yuan,a year-on-year decrease of 18.247 billion yuan,a decrease of only 4.2%. The number of existing enterprises fell by nearly 70,000 over the previous year,a decrease of 7%. Guangdong’s share in the national catering industry accounted for more than 10% again,reaching up to 10.4%. The share of catering in total retail sales of consumer goods in Guangdong continued to climb to 10.3%. Even under the severe influence of COVID-19,the catering industry,with the experiential consumption attribute,still acted as a driving force for offline commercial consumption,attracting a wide range of consumers to come to the shop for consumption,driving and activating more related consumption,and playing an important role in restoring consumer confidence and boosting market activity. The high-quality development plan of “Guangdong Cuisine Master” project has been formally implemented,in which 49 specific measures have been established in terms of the four major systems of talent,industry,standard and culture. Guangdong’s catering industry has carried out a lot of fruitful work in curbing catering waste and promoting the construction of civilized restaurants. During the period of epidemic containment,social organizations in Guangdong’s catering industry actively defended the rights and interests of the industry,actively carried out activities for self-support and self-help,and gathered the strength of the industry to tide over the difficulties together. The food connotation and industry extension of Guangdong catering has been redefined after the outbreak of COVID-19,and the charm,vitality and business style of Guangdong catering yield unusually brilliant results in front of the world!
