    2020年北京餐饮产业发展报告

    摘要

    突然暴发的新冠肺炎疫情使北京市餐饮市场受到巨大冲击。北京市餐饮行业应对疫情多措并举,政府主导协会引导企业参与,餐饮市场逐步回暖,创建放心餐厅、申报政府消费券、开展“玩转京城美食”全年促消费项目、培育餐饮业规范化示范门店等措施取得实效。2021年是“十四五”规划的第一年,也是推动首都新发展的关键时期,预计北京餐饮行业将逐步从疫情影响中走出,实现恢复性增长并稳定向好,同时借助数字化技术取得新的发展。

    Abstract

    The sudden outbreak of COVID-19 has caused a great impact on the catering market in Beijing. Beijing’s catering industry has taken multiple measures to cope with COVID-19. The government led the association to guide enterprises to get involved,and the catering market has gradually recovered. The measures such as the establishment of quality-assured restaurants,the application for government consumption vouchers,the launch of “Eat all delicious food in Beijing” annual consumption promotion project,the fostering of standardized demonstration restaurants in the catering industry have achieved substantial results. The year 2021 is the first year of the “14th Five-Year Plan”,as well as a key period to promote the new development of the capital. It is expected that the catering industry in Beijing will gradually get rid of the impact of COVID-19,achieve restorative growth and steady improvement,and make new development with the help of digital technology.
