The measures such as the establishment of quality-assured restaurants，the application for government consumption vouchers，the launch of “Eat all delicious food in Beijing” annual consumption promotion project，the fostering of standardized demonstration restaurants in the catering industry have achieved substantial results. The year 2021 is the first year of the “14^th Five-Year Plan”，as well as a key period to promote the new development of the capital. It is expected that the catering industry in Beijing will gradually get rid of the impact of COVID-19，achieve restorative growth and steady improvement，and make new development with the help of digital technology.
