餐饮业作为国民经济中基础性的生活服务业在“十三五”期间收入规模完成了从3万亿元到4万亿元的跨越,继续为扩大消费、稳定就业、保障民生、传承文化发挥重要作用。受新冠肺炎疫情深远冲击,餐饮业在2020年严重衰退,同时疫情也促进了产业结构调整和产业标准化、数字化发展;在“十四五”发展新征程的起点上,餐饮业要按照“十四五”规划纲要部署,紧紧围绕人民美好生活需要,立足新发展阶段,贯彻新发展理念,以高质量产业发展融入“十四五”新发展格局,为2035年远景目标和第二个百年奋斗目标贡献产业力量。
<<As a basic life service industry in the national economy,the catering industry has achieved a leap in income scale from 3 trillion to 4 trillion during the 13th Five Year Plan period,and continues to play an important role in expanding consumption,stabilizing employment,ensuring people’s livelihood and inheriting culture. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic,the catering industry has been in a serious recession in 2020,and the pandemic has also accelerated the adjustment of industrial structure and promoted the development of industrial standardization and digitalization. At the starting point of the 14th Five Year Plan,the catering industry should follow the 14th Five Year Plan,closely focus on the needs of people’s better life,standing on the new development stage,actively implement the new development concept,integrate high-quality industrial development into the new development pattern of the 14th Five Year Plan,and contribute to the long-term goal of 2035 and the second Centennial goal.
