假肢是代偿截肢者身体缺失功能的重要工具。随着残障群体对假肢性能和用户体验的要求不断提高,智能假肢得到越来越广泛的应用。近年来,随着我国智能假肢的研发投入逐渐增大,智能假手相关技术已达到了国际先进水平,但高端产品匮乏;智能膝关节机构设计及仿生控制技术与国际水平差距较大;智能踝足假肢已达到国际领先水平,并形成了具有自主知识产权的高端产品。本文从仿生机构设计、运动意图识别、智能控制与感知反馈等方面阐述了目前国际上智能假肢的技术发展趋势以及国内的技术现状,并预测了未来智能假肢相关技术的发展方向。
<<Prosthesis is an important tool for compensating the lost function of amputees. With the continuous improvement of the disability’s requirements for the prosthetic performance and user experience,the intelligent prosthesis has been widely used. In recent years,with the increasing R&D investment of intelligent prosthesis in China,the technology of intelligent prosthetic hand has reached the international advanced level,but the high-end products are scarce. The mechanism design and bionic control technology of intelligent knee lags far behind international level. The technology of intelligentankle-foot prosthesis has reached the international leading level and has formed the high-end product with independent intellectual property. This article expounds the international development tendency and domestic present status of intelligent prosthetic technology,including the bionic mechanism design,motion intention recognition,intelligent control and sensory feedback,and forecasts the future development direction.
