It’s necessary to develop the artificial intelligence（AI） in medical application based on this background included the shortage of the medical resources，the unbalance of the geographical distribution，no enough general practitioners and the growing demand of health-care. However there are problems which limit AI technology integrated deeply with health-care reforms，such as less sharing of medical data，insufficient policy support to AI inside medical field，the challenges on public trust or ethic and the lack of professionals with inter-disciplinary skill，although AI has been applied with forward progress in medical field. This paper focuses on AI application considered both strategic guidance and supporting policies from government.
