As one of the major legacies of the Olympic Games，the main venues of each Games has a special impact and significance for the city in which it is located. While the Olympic venues will become the city’s international branding，the maintenance and reuse of them is always a huge challenge for cities. The past host cities have made different achievements in the reuse of their venues，and these experiences will provide different inspirations for future Olympic cities. This thesis will gain experience of Olympic legacy reuse from Olympic Cities of Barcelona，Athens，Beijing and London to inform the 2022 Beijing & Zhangjiakou Winter Olympics to contribute to the conservation and utilise of its Olympic venues.
