Foreign youth is an indispensable part of the youth population in Beijing and a driving force in Beijing’s construction and development of the international communication center. From September to December 2020，the authors collected data through semi-structured interviews and panel discussions to understand the civil communication channels and social integration needs of foreign youth in Beijing. This study aims to provide empirical research support for relevant official and social organizations to promote friendly interaction between Chinese and foreign youth through activities and services. Further，based on media released feature activities held between Chinese and foreign youths during the 13th Five-Year Plan period，this paper proposes suggestive activities and services to maintain and develop friendly Chinese-foreign youth relations and contribute to the construction of Beijing’s international communication center.
