The agglomeration degree of international organizations is closely related to the internationalization of cities. In terms of the appraisal of a city’s public diplomacy ability and level，it is important to participate in international organizations and develop the global governance agenda. Therefore，it is imperative to take various measures to promote the agglomeration of international organizations and further expand the “social network” for the city’s international exchanges. As the capital of China，Beijing is the center of international exchanges，the sample of agglomeration of international organizations，and the “key node” of China’s globalization network. Beijing gathers a complex and diversified system of international organizations，which plays an important role in the cross-regional connection of global agendas and affects global political，economic，and social life. However，there still exis some problems，such as complex external environment，lack of top-level design，imperfect layout，environment to be urgently improved，and insufficient effects，thus hindering the agglomeration of international organizations and the expansion of “social network” to a certain extent. Many measures can be adopted to advance the agglomeration of international organizations. For example，it is imperative to improve the top-level design，develop the closer network，optimize the service assurance，join international organizations，host or undertake international organization activities，attract international organizations，initiate the establishment of international organizations，thereby achieving better agglomeration and development of international organizations in Beijing.
