多模态生物特征识别大数据是人工智能技术、大数据技术、互联网技术融合创新的具体实践,发达国家均开展了相关研究并加以应用,在构筑国际安全城市和智慧城市方面的重大价值和意义正在凸显。疫情背景下国际形势趋于复杂,对首都城市安全提升、“智能”时代信息安全和非接触式城市管理等都提出了更高的要求。2020年疫情暴发后,北京人工智能相关产业依旧逆势发展,然而,针对安全城市建设,将生物识别大数据运用到首都政务安全、外籍和流动人口管理、重要场馆出入等领域还有待加强。未来,可重点强化在提升重大外交外事活动和国际交往中心基础设施安全系数、打造“科技冬奥会”、推动首都智慧城市建设进程、建设优质高效涉外服务体系等领域的运用。
<<Multi-modal biometric recognition big data is a concrete practice of the integration and innovation of artificial intelligence technology,big data technology,and Internet technology. Developed countries have all carried out relevant research and applications,and its great value and significance in building international safe cities and smart cities are being highlighted. In the era of the epidemic,the international situation has become more complex,and higher requirements have been put forward for the improvement of capital city safety,information security in the “smart” era,and non-contact city management. After the outbreak of the epidemic in 2020,Beijing’s artificial intelligence-related industries are still developing against the trend. However,for the capital’s security and “smart” construction,the application of biometric big data to the capital’s government security,floating population management,and access to important venues needs to be strengthened. In the future,we can focus on strengthening the application in areas such as improving the safety factor of major diplomatic and foreign affairs activities and the infrastructure of the international exchange center,building a “Science and Technology Winter Olympics”,promoting the construction of a smart city in the capital,and building a high-quality and efficient foreign-related service system.
