随着北京市国际交往中心城市战略定位的提出,北京市政府高度重视城市形象建设。如何有效落实北京城市形象对外传播,成为北京城市规划中的重要议题。然而近年来,分散性显著的信息接收方式为城市形象的传播增添了难度。北京城市形象传播呈现内容分散化、方式间接化、负面声音增加三大问题。基于北京承办主场外交活动的经验优势,可以充分利用主场外交资源集中、渠道多元、反馈正面的特点,助力北京城市形象传播效用提升。在分析主场外交对北京城市形象传播的积极作用基础上,通过政府统筹协调、多维平台合力传播、拓宽利益攸关者的多方参与渠道、打造绿色生态人文城市景观、设置北京特色主场外交议题等措施,北京城市形象可以得到改善。
<<With the strategic positioning of Beijing as an international exchange center,Beijing municipal government has attached great importance to the construction of city image. How to effectively promote the external communication of Beijing’s city image has become a crucial issue in Beijing’s urban planning. However,in recent years,the spread of city image has become more difficult due to the dispersion of information reception. There are three major problems in the spread of Beijing’s city image:the dispersion of content,the indirect way of spread and the increase of negative voices. Based on the advantage of host diplomatic events,Beijing can make full use of the characteristics of the host diplomatic’s resources concentration,multiple channels and positive feedback to enhance the effectiveness of Beijing’s city image spread. Based on the analysis of the positive effect of home diplomacy on the image dissemination of Beijing city,it is an effective way to enhance the city’s image through the joint efforts of government’s overall coordination and multi-dimensional platform,broadening the multi-participation of stakeholders,creating a green ecological and cultural city landscape,setting up diplomatic issues with Beijing’s characteristics,also fighting for the discourse pouler.
