Bracing the impact of Covid-19 pandemic，China’s diplomacy achieved many innovations and developments，and Beijing fulfilled its mission by enhancing its development of “Four Centers” and improving “Four Services”，and contributed its part to ensuring human health and world economic development especially at crucial periods of anti-pandemic campaigns. In the post-covid time，China still faces a highly-challenging，risky and complicated international environment，and the safeguarding of national interest，esteem and people’s safety are major missions for all cities. As capital of China，Beijing especially needs to strengthen its international liaison function and make the best of its resources for the benefit of national diplomacy as a whole.
