21世纪以来,随着食品安全“四个最严”要求的提出和国家食品安全战略的推行,我国在食品安全监管改革创新及其成效方面取得了较为显著的进展和成绩。以统筹疫情防控与食品安全为背景,2020年度食品安全监管改革创新在激活责任意识和落实企业主体责任、“互联网+监管”机制创新以及“有效市场与有为政府更好结合”等方面取得重要进展。展望未来,食品安全监管改革创新需要进一步将“严字当头”和“治理现代化”两个关键词结合起来,推动食品安全高水平治理。
