    2020年中国教育体制改革及新发展阶段展望

    摘要

    “十三五”时期,我国教育发展和体制改革成就显著。2020年,在统筹推进疫情防控和教育改革发展、教育评价改革、德智体美劳全面培养的教育体系构建、研究生教育改革等方面取得重大进展。我国已进入全面建设社会主义现代化国家的新发展阶段,适应新阶段新形势,必须继续深化教育体制改革,始终坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,坚定不移地全面贯彻新发展理念;毫不动摇地坚持党的领导,完善党对教育工作全面领导的体制机制;加强顶层设计,加快推进教育治理体系和治理能力现代化;服务新发展格局构建和高质量发展,健全教育与经济社会发展的协同机制;适应社会信息化发展,加快推进教育服务和治理数字化。

    Abstract

    During the ‘13th Five-Year Plan’ period,China’s education development and system reform achieved remarkable results. In 2020,significant progress was made in coordinating the advancement of epidemic prevention and control,education reform and development,education evaluation reform,the construction of an education system for comprehensive training of moral,intellectual,physical,and artistic,and graduate education reform. China has entered a new development stage of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way. To adapt to the new stage and new situation,we must continue to deepen the reform of the education system,always adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,and implement the new development concept in an all-round way. Unswervingly adhere to the party’s leadership,improve the party’s overall leadership of the system and mechanism of education,strengthen the top-level design,accelerate the modernization of the education governance system and governance capabilities;serve the construction of a new development pattern and high-quality development,and improve education and economic society Coordination mechanism for development,to adapt to the development of social informatization,to accelerate the digitalization of education services and governance.
