2020年,是全面建成小康社会和“十三五”规划收官之年,首次将习近平法治思想明确为全面依法治国的指导思想,进一步加强统筹城乡的民生保障领域立法,强化平安中国的法治保障,法治社会建设成效显著。但是,社会治理法治化的水平与新时代人民日益增长的美好生活的实际需要、与社会治理现代化的要求之间,还有一定距离。2021年,是“十四五”开局之年,全面提升社会治理法治化水平的任务仍很艰巨。
<<2020 is the end of the building of a well-off society in all respects and the end of the ‘13th Five-Year Plan’ plan,and Xi Jinping’s thought of rule of law has been introduced for the first time. It is clear that it is the guiding ideology of comprehensively governing the country according to the law,further strengthening the legislation in the field of urban and rural people’s livelihood protection,strengthening the guarantee of the rule of law in a peaceful China,and the construction of a rule of law society has achieved remarkable results. However,the level of legalization of social governance is consistent with the people’s growing better life in the new era. The actual needs are still far from the requirements of the modernization of social governance. 2021 is the first year of the ‘14th Five-Year Plan’,and the task of comprehensively improving the level of legalization of social governance is still very arduous.
