产业结构与就业结构互为影响。本文从就业结构协调的角度来考察广州市产业结构变动、就业结构变动以及产业结构与就业结构之间非协调发展的表现形式，从宏观层面的角度提出了广州市产业结构调整与就业结构协调发展的建议：对第一产业，要进一步拓展延伸涉农产业经营链，通过促进农业产业化发展来促进就业；对第二产业，要侧重完善现代重化工业体系，以产业结构调整促就业渠道拓展；对第三产业，要兼顾传统产业和新兴产业，通过产业的协调促进就业的提升。此外，要优化各项政策，为产业结构与就业结构的协调发展提供制度保障。
<<The industrial structure and employment structure influence each other.This Paper inspects the changes in employment structure and the non-coordinated development between employment structure and industrial structure from the perspective of employment structure coordination.And proposed suggests in the coordinated changes between industrial structure and employment structure from the perspective of macro level.
