To build into an international cross-border e-commerce center city，Guangzhou should realize the function of global distribution center of cross-border e-commerce industry through building cross-border e-commerce hub port；strengthen its central function of supply chain and goods market in cross-border e-commerce chain by holding exhibitions and building international market；enlarge and strengthen the main body of cross-border e-commerce，improve the comprehensive service system to enhance the competitiveness of cross-border e-commerce ecological groups，and improve the embedding and aggregation of the ecosystem.
