At the present stage，the culture and tourism integration development of Huaibei City presents a good situation：the cultural heritage protection is standardized and orderly，the culture and tourism park construction highlights are frequent，the publicity and marketing effect is obvious，the quality lines are upgraded，and the new business forms are booming. To further improve the development level of cultural tourism integration in Huaibei City，this paper puts forward the promotion strategies of scientific planning，guiding the development of cultural tourism integration，adjusting measures to local conditions，highlighting the characteristics of cultural tourism integration，paying attention to propaganda，strengthening the city’s brand image，integrating resources and striving for policy support.
