This paper sorts out the major cultural events which have been organized in 10 cities during the recent 3 years in the Huaihai Economic Zone，and explains their types and organizational forms，including major festival activities，regional cultural heritage exhibition activities，sports events and regional cooperation alliances. It also summarizes 8 hot cultural events that affect the development of culture and tourism integration in the Huaihai Economic Zone.
