淮海经济区物质文化遗产丰富，拥有2项世界文化遗产、4座国家历史文化名城、7座省级历史文化名城，119处全国重点文物保护单位、634处省级文物保护单位，2个中国历史文化名村、29个中国传统村落。淮海经济区通过科学规划、颁布法规、部门联动、推进融合、主题活动等多种形式，全面加强对物质文化遗产的保护、传承和利用。
<<There are plentiful physical cultural heritage in Huaihai Economic Zone. It has 2 world cultural heritage sites，4 national historical cities，7 provincial historical cities，119 national officially protected monuments and sites，634 provincial officially protected monuments and sites，2 famous Chinese historical and cultural villages and 29 traditional Chinese villages. We will protect，inherit and utilize the physical cultural heritage by scientific planning，laws and regulations，interaction between departments，integration，and thematic activities.
