本报告结合中央和陕西省房地产调控政策与榆林市经济社会发展状况,主要从土地供应、房地产开发与投资、商品房销售、二手房市场等方面分析了榆林市2019年到2020年前三季度房地产业发展的情况、特点、存在问题及其原因,并提出了应对策略。在此基础上,预测了榆林市2021年房地产业发展的趋势。预计2021年榆林房地产业在供给端不会有明显的增速,在需求端将有一定的增长趋势,从而在全年呈现良好的发展态势。

From 2019 to 2020,due to the impact of the Covid-19,the real estate market in Yulin City has cooled down and the land market has corrected,Real estate investment has plummeted in early 2020,construction speed has slowed down,residential prices have fluctuated greatly,and the real estate market has recovered in the second half of 2020 Phenomenon;At the end of 2020,various indicators have increased,Under the influence of the economic environment and the real estate market inside and outside the province,it is predicted that the market will tend to stabilize and gradually de-speculate.
