本文对2019～2020年延安房地产业发展现状进行了分析，从房地产企业状况、房地产从业人员状况、房地产开发与投资情况、房地产销售状况、房地产开发用地情况等五个方面，对2020年延安房地产市场及其特征做了总结，介绍了延安市保障房建设和老旧小区改造情况，探讨了目前延安市房地产市场存在的问题，并提出了相应的对策。最后对2021年延安市房地产市场供求关系与价格趋势进行了预测。
