本报告首先对2019～2020年商洛市房地产业的开发情况、投资情况、销售情况以及房地产业对商洛市经济发展的影响进行了系统分析，然后运用供求理论分析商洛市房地产业发展的趋势，分析商洛房地产业在产业规模、供需结构以及区域差异方面存在的主要问题，最后提出相应的对策建议并对商洛市房地产业发展走势进行了预测。
<<This article first systematically analyzes the development situation，investment situation，and sales situation of the real estate industry in Shangluo city from 2019 to 2020，and the impact of the real estate industry on the economic development of Shangluo city. Using supply and demand theory to analyze the development trend of the real estate industry in Shangluo city，the article analysis the major problems existed in the real estate industry in the aspects of industrial scale，supply and demand structure，and regional differences. Finally，it proposes corresponding countermeasures and forecasts the development trend of the real estate industry in Shangluo City.
