<<This paper analyzes the development of real estate market in Yangling from 2019 to 2020. In terms of the overall operation of real estate，this paper analyzes the investment，market，inventory，sale to rent ratio，real estate enterprises and other aspects，and summarizes the policy，economic and demographic factors that affect its changes. In addition，it analyzes the policy changes and implementation of affordable housing and housing provident fund. Finally，based on the real estate development situation of Yangling from 2019 to 2020，the real estate industry in 2020-2021 is prospected.
