This paper analyzes the real estate development situation of Xi’an in 2020 based on the data of real estate climate index，entrepreneur confidence index，total investment and commercial housing sales area. Through the horizontal comparison of investment and commercial housing sales，this paper lists the changes of Xi’an in the rank and proportion of vice provincial cities and other cities in Shaanxi Province，and compares the changes of real estate development scale，investment and commercial housing sales in administrative areas and development zones within the region. Also lists real estate development problems and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
