This report analyzes the current situation of China’s building economy development and related industries of building economy. Under the influence of related industries of national strategy on the development of building economy，new infrastructure，finance and other industries can be obtained in the building economy. Based on the model of Chongqing and Hefei，the influencing factors of investment attraction operation of numerous building related industries were analyzed. Based on the VAR model，the data of various influencing factors in Shaanxi Province from 2000 to 2020 were studied and the conclusions were drawn，and countermeasures and suggestions were put forward accordingly.
