The development goals of the new era define the new connotation and requirements of green building. As an important extension of the development of green buildings，ultra low energy buildings and healthy buildings are getting widespread attention and promotion，which also brings broader prospects and challenges for the implementation and promotion of green buildings. Starting from the concept and development of green building，ultra-low energy building and healthy building，this report introduces the practice and application of relevant policies and technologies in the real estate development of Shaanxi Province，and analyzes and prospects the development and challenges of green building in the real estate market of Shaanxi Province in the future.
