Relevant laws and regulations of Shaanxi property management industry have been further improved and improved in 2019-2020.However，the quality level of property management is uneven，the market order to be standardized and other problems still exist. In this report，the above status quo and problems are deeply analyzed，and the countermeasures to promote the healthy development of the property management industry are discussed. The following conclusions are drawn：the property management industry in Shaanxi Province should strengthen supervision；To improve the property service level and service quality；Seek new growth points of the industry，promote the development of digital property services. In the future，the stock and new market of property in Shaanxi Province will continue to increase，and the potential of non-residential property is great，and the property management will be transformed from traditional property management to intelligent property management.
