From 2019 to 2020，China’s land policy will continue to follow the main line of cultivated land protection，resolutely curb the “non-agricultural” of cultivated land and prevent the “non-grain” of cultivated land，emphasize the economical and intensive use of land，continue to participate in the regulation of the real estate market，and curb the housing price. But from the actual effect，the containment effect on the housing price is not obvious. It is suggested to control the land supply reasonably，adjust the land supply structure，strengthen the monitoring function of land management，strengthen the implementation of policies，and reduce the land price and housing price.
