近年来，我国博物馆事业得到党和国家前所未有的高度重视，在多方的支持下蓬勃发展。本报告在全面收集、回顾近五年博物馆数据的基础上，从博物馆基本情况，相关政策法规，博物馆观众、展览、社教、藏品、科研、文创等方面进行梳理分析，对现状进行论述，提出当前存在的问题，提出做好博物馆的宏观规划布局，促进博物馆均衡和持续发展，进一步深化博物馆定位，加大对非国有博物馆支持力度，加强人才队伍建设，提高科研水平和藏品研究工作，推进博物馆教育功能发挥，加强博物馆公共文化服务能力建设等具体建议。
<<From 2019 to 2010 are a period of development for museums. The cause of museums has received unprecedented attention from the party and the government. Based on the comprehensive collection and review of the museum data in the past five years，this paper analyzes the basic situation of the museum，relevant policies and regulations，museum visitors，exhibitions，social education，collections，scientific research，cultural and creative works，discusses the current situation，and puts forward the existing problems and some corresponding reflections on the future development of the museum.
