Due to external environmental factors and its own development limitations，the industry of intangible cultural heritage also has problems such as path dependence in its development. It needs to be continuously optimized and improved in combination with the internal and external factors of the industry development，and actively promote anti-epidemic cultural producing，public cultural services，talent training，ect，promote and enhance the development level，and expand the influence of intangible cultural heritage.
