本报告分析了2020年北京文化传播的现状,认为文化政策能及时跟进并指导实践,文化活动丰富多彩,手段和方式创新成效明显,文化进口持续增长、线上传播成为亮点。但也存在政策的落地效果不足、传播未能形成合力、海外市场待细分等问题。报告建议未来需强化受众的参与式传播,实现政策落地的精准性和有效性;利用共同情感“接口”,主动融入国际文化格局;通过文化产品构筑交流空间,提升文化的传播力和辐射力。
<<This report analyzes the current situation of Beijing’s cultural communication in 2020,and believes that cultural policies can follow up and guide practice in a timely manner,cultural activities are rich and colorful,means and methods are innovative and effective,cultural imports continue to grow,and online communication has become a highlight. However,there are still some problems,such as the lack of implementation effect of the policy,the failure of communication to form a joint force,and the need for overseas market segmentation. The study suggests that in the future,it is necessary to strengthen the audience’s participatory communication to achieve the accuracy and effectiveness of the policy;use the common emotional “interface” to actively integrate into the international cultural pattern;build communication space through cultural products to enhance the communication and radiation power of culture.
