In 2020，the development of Libraries in Beijing will mainly focus on the construction of new libraries，the efficiency of literature borrowing and circulation services，the construction of “One Card” and branch library system building. By analyzing the practical problems faced by the libraries，the report puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions，such as promoting the online and offline reading space service，improving the socialized operation efficiency，innovating the reading promotion service，and constructing the “Internet and smart” public library.
